Olivier Gasselin - Hatch Mansfield & Louis Jadot

Olivier is from the Loire Valley, from a Brittany mum and a Burgundian father. He was schooled and high schooled in wine country (Bourgueil, Chinon), while his grandad was producing wine in Vouvray.

He arrived in London in 1999 and started working in hospitality soon after, first in Danddlondon group (Coq d'Argent, Le Pont de la Tour and Bluebird), joined Morton's a private member's club, boasting one of the biggest wine list in Europe, then the Hakkasan Group, for which he opened six different restaurants in UAE, Qatar, China, Norway and Morocco, while overlooking the Asia region, then taking care of the wine operation in all their London outlets.

After Hakkasan, he started on the premium on-trade in a fine wine investment firm, before joining Hatch Mansfield in 2022, representing two of the owning families, the one behind Maison Louis Jadot and the Chadwick Family in Chile.
